Clothes talk. The challenge is that many people, having done real inner work, find their wardrobe still speaking an old language.
Embodied Style is a coaching offer for clients who have already worked with SoulStream Coaching—through astrology, the Enneagram, or Integral Coaching—and are ready to update the outside to align with the inside.
We work together going through your wardrobe, item-by-item using the Indyx digital wardrobe platform. Some pieces will still fit who you are. Others won't. The aim is not a new trend, but a truer reflection.
What this looks like in practice:
Naming how your growth has changed your sense of self—and your style
Deciding what qualities you want your presence to express, before you say a word
Reviewing your wardrobe on Indyx, with fresh eyes and a clean palette
Keeping what supports and resources the person you've become
Building outfit combinations that bring YOU joy!
Shopping only if, and only what, is truly missing
The result: getting dressed stops being a chore and becomes a joyful act of self-expression. You may even find the art of creating your own looks to be a wonderful artistic outlet. I know this is true for me.
The Embodied Style Process
Express your personal style to align with and amplify your inner voice. Here’s how it works:
Step 1
Style Coaching Call
After you have completed your inner growth journey - from one of the Astrological, Enneagram or Integral Coaching offerings, this is a next step in aligning your essence with authentic self expression.
We schedule a one-hour coaching call to explore your new style voice and what makes sense for you today. What are you wanting to share with the world? What will you keep as your mystery? What needs to transform? In this conversation we will clarify your style issues, wishes and goals. You will receive a an Embodied Style workbook to help you with the next steps.
Step 4
Once you have all of your items: shoes, accessories and clothing uploaded into Indyx, I will create 20 completely custom style boards for you. I will create these to meet your particular request and might include boards for travel, work, casual wear, date night, or for a specific event in your life. When I load your Embodied Style boards, I will guide you on your forward-going journey of using this system on a daily basis. I will help you take your own Selfie so that you can see yourself in each outfit for future reference.
Step 2
Setting the Stage for
Outer Transformation
Prior to this call you’ll want to do a first pass through your wardrobe. What stays? What goes? Bring your favorites and your questions to this next call where we’ll visually review your wardrobe focusing on: your “keep rack”,your questions and defining your style words. We’ll keep a running shopping list, whether that be thrifting, vintage or your favorite or my recommended brands. When we complete this session you will continue to prune your wardrobe to items that support you in your newly manifested form.

Step 3
Creating the foundation for your embodied style
You will need to purchase an annual subscription to the Indyx app, download it and upload your wardrobe items. I am available for unlimited text consultation on the best way to do this. I am not affiliated with Indyx and do not receive any benefit from your subscription. It is simply the best personal style and wardrobe management tool on the market and the one I personally use on a daily basis. It will help you see what you have and easily catalogue and manage your favorite outfits.
